The median price for a three bedroom, two bath home in March of 2006 was $385,000 in Lodi, $435,000 in Manteca, $355,000 in Stockton and $540,000 in Tracy. Rental prices have been fluctuating over the past few months and vary within communities. As of March 2006, in the Stockton-Lodi MSA, the median monthly rental price for a three bedroom, two bath apartment was $925, a two bedroom, two bath was $887 and a one bedroom, one bath was $664.
